On the Model A1397 (CDMA) remove the resistor r1205

1 – Disassemble the ipad carefully using heat source or very good hair dryer.

2- locate the resistor on motherboard

3- remove with resistor screwdriver

4 – assembling back all

5 – install IPSW wifi version ( not 3g any more )
