this last 2 days downgrade method is taking the lead of developers, this new method shows developers find a way to downgrade iPad 2 and iPhone 4s to iOS 6.1.3.
This is a video tutorial on how to downgrade an iPhone4s (or iPad2) from any version to iOS 6.1.3
This works because apple still signs 6.1.3 OTAblobs for these two devices. This method does not work on any other device or iOS version.
A jailbreak is required for downgrading.
