You need a 32bit jailbroken device that has publicly available keys for the firmware you want to dual boot.
go to cydia add and install this repo

run the App and end enjoy the dual boot on iPhone IOS 7.1.2 or compatible device . More test will be done for iPhone 4 and iCloud activation carrier this could also be a solution for those who bypass iCloud and needs fix no carrier problem .
