if you already noticed the fmioff does not work on iOS14.5 and up this exploit was fixed by apple recentely, in my opinion apple took too long to fix this big exploit, more than a year to correct this flaw that allowed remove icloud linked to a device with checkra1n jailbreak tool, (iphone, ipad ipod) with passcode or disable.
Now you can not remove iCloud without knowing the correct passcode or trust the computer.

iOS13.x up to iOS14.4.2 still possible FMIOFF Passcode / Disable extracting token.

Apple patched the FMIOFF passcode/disable exploit on the latest iOS14.5 and up, added a new extra security layer called “kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlock”, it means you need to type the correct passcode and trust the computer to show you the token on iOS14.5 and up.
Despite everything apple has not yet fixed everything, there is still the possibility to do FMIOFF on all devices starting on iPhone 5 and up to iPhone 12 pro with open menu access including activated ipads with open menu.
