You need a DCSD cable to get it to work! also confirmed it’s working with a JC DFU Box C2 too. Theoretically, all iPhones and iPad models work with this MagicCFG but you can only enter diagnostic on iPad 5/6, mini 4, Pro 10,5, and Pro 2nd gen 12,9.

How to use MagicCFG
You will need Purple tool to put your device into diagnostic mode. First, you connect to the serial of your dcsd cable. Then download purple to /Applications and then you can click on enter diags mode. now you can use this tool MagicCFG – SysCFG. If you want to read the nand data or want to make a backup, click read or backup buttons.
You need to boot your phone in purple mode first with “Purple” tool And you need a DCSD cable !
