Saigon Jailbreak 10.2.1 will support 10.3.1. Four at the time being only supports the following devices : iPod Touch 6 (10.2.1) iPhone SE (10.2.1) iPhone 6/Plus (10.2.1) iPhone 6s/Plus (10.2.1) iPad Mini 4 (10.2.1) (Not tested) iPad Air 2 (10.2.1) iPhone 6s (10.3.1) (not yet).
this jailbreak still in its beta stage and it is still considered to be a developer jailbreak but within this last week, we have received some major updates to it.
You can download the jailbreak and add it to your iPhone using Cydia impactor
you can download here if you are running 10.2.1 you can enable this jailbreak. I actually did notice a minor update to the IPA file compared to that of the Xcode project. Now if you have installed the Saigon app onto a device that is not supported or on to a firmware such as 10.2 that is not supported it will not even let you attempt to enable the jailbreak.
Saigon Jailbreak 10.2.1 will support 10.3.1
This jailbreak is specifically only 10.2.1 and is specifically for the iphone 6 . Currently now on to the second beta update, Saigon jailbreak has received they have updated their support page to eventually support the iPhone 6 running 10.3.1.
when taking a look at the official website of this jailbreak you can see that the only device and the only firmware that this jailbreak has been tested on is the iPhone six running iOS 10.2.1 . In theory, it’s supposed to support the iPhone 6 iPhone 6 plus iphone 6s iphone SE all 10.2.1 with the exception of the iPhone 6s also being supported on 10.3.1.

Anyway, this is a quick update on the Saigon jailbreak. again the two major things that have happened is the beta IPA for iOS 10.2.1 for the iPhone 6 has been released and secondly the Saigon jailbreak may be supporting iOS 10.3.1.
