For those who are testing iOS 13, iPadOS 13 and Catalina macOS, Apple is providing a new authentication process on iCloud.com via the web. So when you access beta.icloud.com with a device that runs iOS beta version, you can now sign in to your account using your faceID or touch ID.
When you go to iCloud.com on Safari, using your device running iOS13, iPadOS or MacOS betas, the user will see a new popup. So, on a Face ID-equipped device, this means to login with the faceID. while on other devices, including Touch Bar compatible MacBooks Pro the Touch ID will be used. The image below shows the login process via FaceID on iPhone XS Max, running the beta for iOS 13 beta3.
