icloud hardware removed by replacing hardware from another logical bord which is physically damaged. we have replaced three chips.they are U601-RF, U4, U501-RF according to schematics or they are also known as baseband, HDD and ROM. We have replaced all three of them because they were paired with each other in a program after replacement you just have to restore the phone once and It will activate normally.
Hardware solution for Icloud
This method works similarly like iPads with GSM this method seems not expensive and no need special equipment. So I will make some researches to test it.
Almost all hardware bypass methods work well in ipads. never see in iPhones lets wait. Personally, I did not have tested it and seems too good to be true.
