1- you need a backup without FMI ON and no ICLOUD ID download from here:
2- put backup into itunes backup folder:
- MAC ( ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/ )
- WINDOWS (In the Search bar enter: %appdata% Press Return. Double-click these folders: Apple Computer > MobileSync > Backup )
3- Go to iphone general and reset settings press ok and confirm.
